The sneaker takes from the OG Air Jordan 12 “Taxi” color blocking, replacing the white upper with a nubuck black instead. Metallic Gold hits are seen on the top two eyelets and JUMPMAN strip on the lateral side. The faux snakeskin overlays on the medial and lateral sides are seen in black as well with a full-length Zoom Air setup and a black midsole and outsole finish off the sneaker.
The Air Jordan 12 “Black Taxi” is a forthcoming iteration of the silhouette that’s scheduled to drop this fall, according to sources. As suggested, it’s inspired by the iconic Air Jordan 12 “Taxi” and while images of the style have not surfaced online yet, the model will reportedly flaunt an all-black construction while Taxi accents are evident on the eyelets, branding, and heel tabs.
